The STARCLUB Field Officer Program is a partnership between the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing and 33 regional Councils plus the Outback Communities Authority. The program works with sport and recreation clubs and associations in regional communities to help them develop and prosper.
The STARCLUB Field Officer Program Strategic Plan 2015-18 has been developed by the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing in consultation with STARCLUB Field Officers and partnering regional councils to provide clear direction for the many program stakeholders.
The 2015-18 program will aim to build a capable and sustainable industry in the regions by:
